Dr Ole Jensen publishes chapter on anti-trust law and arbitration

Dr Ole Jensen has contributed a German-language chapter on anti-trust law and arbitration to the leading German treatise on anti-trust procedure. Together with co-author Franz Schwarz of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP he discusses various ways in which anti-trust law becomes relevant in arbitral proceedings, including the arbitrability of anti-trust law, enforcement of arbitral awards dealing with anti-trust law and the viability of arbitration to adjudicate cartel damages claims. 

 

The chapter titled “Kartellrecht und Schiedsverfahren” appears in the second edition of “Handbuch Kartellverfahren und Kartellprozess“ edited by Prof Dr Hans-Georg Kamann, Dr Stefan Ohlhoff and Prof Dr Sven Völcker, published by CH Beck in 2024.
