Niuscha Bassiri will participate in a panel discussion on the topic “Taking of Evidence – Scope and Limits” as part of the 2024 edition of the Gabriel Arbitration Conference. The panel will consider, among other things, issues around the burden of proof, standard of proof and excessive taking of evidence.

This year's Conference will take place at Zürcher Kantonalbank Zurich on 29 October 2024. Registration is available using the following link.
