ArbBoutique Network
ArbBoutique is a network of international lawyers operating through separate legal entities or as individual lawyers. It has no distinct legal identity.
All ArbBoutique entities and lawyers are registered in the jurisdiction in which they operate and are regulated by the local authorities. References to the name “ArbBoutique”, use of the terms “law firm”, “firm” or similar, and the use of the terms “we” and “our” on this website and elsewhere are for convenience only and do not mean that ArbBoutique entities or its lawyers are in partnership or accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of another ArbBoutique lawyer or entity. References to an ArbBoutique “office” are references to an office of an ArbBoutique legal entity or lawyer.
Legal responsibility for the provision of services is defined in engagement terms entered into with any relevant ArbBoutique legal entity or lawyer. Those engagement terms should be relied upon in determining liability for the legal or other services provided. No ArbBoutique lawyer or entity has the authority to bind any other ArbBoutique entity or lawyer. In accordance with applicable law and engagement terms, immunity from suit may apply to services provided as arbitrator by any ArbBoutique lawyer.
