Emily Hay has been appointed to the Chinese Arbitration Association’s panel of arbitrators.

The Chinese Arbitration Association is a non-profit organization established in 1955 and based in Taipei, Taiwan (ROC), providing the administration of arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution under its own rules or any other rules agreed upon by the parties.
