Niuscha Bassiri publishes in AAA-ICDR’s Journal on Belgium, reporting and commenting on MSC v. Poland

Niuscha Bassiri has authored the Belgian chapter in "The View from Europe: What’s New in European Arbitration?", published in the Dispute Resolution Journal of the AAA-ICDR (DRJ, Volume 79, Number 1, May-June 2025).

The article provides the case review and commentary on MSC v. Poland as it unfolded in Belgian courts, focussing on denial of justice and the limitations on Belgian courts to review awards for violations of public policy.
