In the presence of Sarah Sackman KC MP, UK Minister of State for Courts and Legal Services, and together with Paula Hodges KC (President of the LCIA), Christopher Style KC (Chairman of the LCIA Board) and Kevin Nash (Director General), Prof Maxi Scherer (President-Elect of the LCIA) discussed the key amendments of the 2025 Arbitration Act during an interactive panel discussion hosted by the LCIA.

The panellists analysed the 2025 Arbitration Act’s most significant changes, explored its implications for practitioners and businesses, offering valuable insights into the evolving legal landscape and the future of arbitration in the UK and beyond.
