Prof Maxi Scherer spoke at LCIA’s “Celebration of the Arbitration Act 2025”

In the presence of Sarah Sackman KC MP, UK Minister of State for Courts and Legal Services, and together with Paula Hodges KC (President of the LCIA), Christopher Style KC (Chairman of the LCIA Board) and Kevin Nash (Director General), Prof Maxi Scherer (President-Elect of the LCIA) discussed the key amendments of the 2025 Arbitration Act during an interactive panel discussion hosted by the LCIA.
