Niuscha Bassiri will be speaking on ‘Investment Arbitration in the Era of Conflicts Challenges and Systemic Changes’ at a panel discussion organized by Gherson LLP on 9 April 2025 as part of the Paris Arbitration Week.

The discussion will focus on challenges the Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) system is facing due to geopolitical conflicts, including the role of arbitrators in disputes with geopolitical stakes and seat of arbitration in a polarized world.
