Emily Hay has been appointed to the arbitrator roster of the Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC) for a period of two years.
Established in 1994, DIAC is an alternative dispute resolution centre, independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit organisation, and administers and supports arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, facilitating the settlement of commercial disputes outside judicial courts for parties of all nationalities and jurisdictions.
