Niuscha Bassiri will deliver a lecture on the topic of public policy and setting aside of awards as part of the fifth edition of the Winter Academy organized under the aegis of the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration and the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC).

The Winter Academy on International Arbitration is a platform for young professionals to gain a deeper understanding of international arbitration, offering practical classes with general fundamental courses on arbitration. The fifth edition of the Winter Academy will be held online from 20 January to 1 February 2025.
